Operations Manager - Packaging Solutions (Logistics)

• Oversee daily product repair and timber resaw operations at the depot.
• Address production issues, including equipment maintenance, manpower allocation, and facility upkeep.
• Implement, train, and enforce workplace safety and health policies.
• Manage procurement and inventory of raw materials, consumables, tools, and spare parts, including overseas imports.
• Administer outsourced workers' benefits and compensation.
• Plan production schedules and coordinate transport activities.
• Develop and execute operational improvement projects.
• Ensure departmental costs remain within budget.
• Maintain quality and output targets set by management.
• Ensure availability of tools, materials, and consumables to prevent production delays.
• Support sales and customer service with solutions for complaints and new customer projects.

• Minimum 7 years' production experience in a similar or wood industry.
• Degree holder, or diploma holder with over 7 years of relevant experience.
• Physically fit and in good health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in working with foreign workers and in a team setting.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends to maintain smooth operations.
