- Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Assist in drafting and posting job openings on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups to engage potential candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
- Help plan and execute recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding initiatives.
- Update candidate information accurately in the Talent Acquisition (TA) Tracker to ensure data integrity.
- Support the TA team in updating and maintaining organizational charts.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the TA team, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
