Job Description Build and maintain close, long-term relationships with ShopeeFood merchants. Develop high-level strategic business plans and explore new growth opportunities. Educate merchants on best practices to increase sales and improve visibility on the ShopeeFood platform. Negotiate deals with merchants and curate dishes for campaigns, promotions, and online marketing activities. Monitor and analyze merchants' sales performance, activities, and initiatives to boost orders and revenue. Identify market gaps and manage pricing strategies, product assortments, and stock availability across various delivery platforms. Drive merchant investment through co-funded campaigns, media asset packages, and in-store promotions. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Budget & Planning, Operations) to ensure a smooth and positive merchant experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field (experience in e-commerce or food delivery industry is an advantage). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Innovative and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions. A team player with strong work ethics and the motivation to consistently exceed KPIs.
