Requirement Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3-5 years or progressive experience in internal communications, or culture and transformation communications preferably in large organizations or financial institutions. Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide communication strategies that drive transformation, employee engagement and cultural alignment. Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business priorities into compelling communication narratives. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills to engage employees across all levels. Collaborative and inclusive leadership style, fostering two-way communication and open feedback channels. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with high adaptability.
