About the job HSE TechnicianResponsibilitiesAssist, manage, and coordinate the implementation of HSE and Process Safety (PS) governance at the department level in alignment with company standards and industry best practices.Monitor HSE and PS performance, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up actions to address gaps or potential risks.Facilitate and support the execution of continuous improvement plans aimed at strengthening safety culture, risk management, and operational excellence.Contribute to the development and management of staff HSE and PS capability through training, knowledge-sharing, and compliance with relevant procedures.Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and company HSE policies.Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations to drive preventive and corrective measures while maintaining a proactive approach to safety.RequirementsMinimum Diploma in HSE-related field OR Certificate from INSTEP OR equivalent (e.g., 3S certification).Must possess valid OGSP and CIDB certifications (or equivalent).Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, safety systems, and process safety practices.Preferably candidates with relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
