We're looking for an EXCEPTIONAL Digital Performance Strategist with a strong knowledge of Laravel What's it like to be in this role Plan, strategize, implement and launch paid media campaigns that perform to provide the results required for our clients Provide a consistent output of campaign builds, analysis and thinking outside the box to drive high levels of innovation Disciplined daily management (daily optimisation) of all paid media campaigns Track digital KPIs to measure campaign performance of individual clients Maintain our strong relationships with Google, Facebook and other channels Produce detailed and accurate client reports, including competitor analysis Demonstrate a strong understanding on clients' accounts to identify trends or issues that can then be raised with the other teams Support our Digital Strategist and other team members with research, insights and support around data that leads to effective cross-channel media strategies and tactics What does it take Degree qualification or equivalent Minimum 1 year working on paid media campaigns Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Passionate about media and digital marketing (like us!) Strong work ethnics Highly analytical and data-driven A team player who works well internally, is aligned with our company culture and can adapt easily to change Extensive technical knowledge of at least Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter and LinkedIn Ads Experience running activity across Programmatic networks Experience using Google Analytics Optimizing: putting optimization strategies based on platform metrics Ability to analyse data and identify trends in customer behaviour Analysis & Recommendation of data and strategies to recommend performance improvements
