Looking for Senior HR & Office Associate Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Associate with a strong interest or background in the Fintech industries. This role combines recruitment coordination, HR operations, and office administrative support. The ideal candidate will be familiar with fast-paced, high-growth environments and understand the unique demands of talent acquisition in the trading and fintech space. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (Fintech Focus): Support the full-cycle recruitment process for roles in Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and internal referrals. Maintain recruitment databases and dashboards to track hiring progress and metrics. Help organize hiring campaigns, walk-in interviews, or recruitment drives specific to regional or product-based needs. HR Operations: Assist with onboarding and offboarding: employment contracts, orientation schedules, and probation tracking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents. Support monthly payroll processes by tracking attendance, leave, and benefit inputs. Help with organizing employee engagement activities and internal HR communications. Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations and company policies. Office Administration: Provide day-to-day support for office operations including stationery, pantry supplies, and cleanliness. Liaise with building management, vendors, and IT support to ensure operational efficiency. Support travel arrangements, visa applications, and accommodation for new joiners or business travelers. Assist in organizing team events, training sessions, and company celebrations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or office admin-Gaming & Fintech industry experience is a strong advantage. Familiarity with roles in trading platforms, sales, marketing, and operations within financial markets. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong communication skills in English; Chinese , additional Skills in are lauguages will be a Plus point. Preferred Qualities: Experience hiring for multi-market or international roles. Understanding of compliance-sensitive hiring in regulated or semi-regulated financial environments. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
