Roles and Responsibilities1. Drive the development and execution of brand initiatives, including new product launches and consumer promotions, to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.2. Plan and manage brand strategies, including A&P activities, consumer insights, competitor analysis, and product innovation.3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as agencies and media, to ensure effective branding and communication efforts.4. Conduct market research to inform strategies and oversee the lifecycle of products, including planning for new launches.5. Manage promotional materials, digital content, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and adjusting based on performance insights.6. Represent the brand marketing department in key customer engagements and handle customer feedback to maintain brand trust.7. Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.8. Develop cost-effective brand plans within budget and allocate resources efficiently.9. Stay updated on market trends through regular visits and competitor monitoring to keep strategies relevant.10. Set and achieve brand goals aligned with top management's vision, focusing on increasing brand awareness and driving purchase decisions.11.
