Production cum Manufacturing Officer / Executive

• Review manpower attendance with section Coordinators and lead Operators and manage manpower in ensuring punctuality, attendance and discipline.
• Plan, delegate and monitor all production activities duringshift to ensure a smooth production run.
• Ensure production equipment, machines and facilities in good condition and running according to company's specifications and settings.
• Ensure all raw materials (ingredients and packing materials) required are prepared according to scheduled planning and two shifts in advance.
• Review production performance and take the lead role incarrying out the corrective and preventive measures.
• Identify and institute disciplinary action on workers who are not complying with the company procedures and misconduct.
• Disciplinary actions in form of written reminder / warnings and to recommend for suspension in case of serious misconduct.
• Conduct breakdown, down-time troubleshooting andbreakdown analysis to identify root cause, propose and implement action.
• Liaise with QC on matters with regards to quality of products and materials and comply in terms of waivers request, line audit/re-audit, material rejection, ON HOLD…etc.
• Arrange training for his subordinate with training departmentin area which they are weak in.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meeting, ensure smooth hand-over ofshifts and prepare Shift Summary Report.
• Monitor and support in production trial run to ensure smooth implementation and product commercialization.
• Participate in factory initiatives, i.e. 5S, Continuous Improvement, CI-SGA and etc. to deliver sustainable improvement and productivity.
• Verify housekeeping activities were performed throughout Production floor according to sanitation schedule agreed on.
• Ensure all the required reports are prepared by the Section Coordinators/Lead Operators and checked thoroughly at the end of the shift.
• During the shut-down or end of production, he shall verify and check with the Section Coordinators on each of every production block are shut-down and switch off according by using Factory Equipment check list.
• Comply with all FSSC, HALAL and HACCP. Ensure all documents are updated in time and all the procedures are followed. HACCP practices done as per requirements.
• Actively support and perform any other Production related task and/or activity as instructed by superior.
