Job Responsibility Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches. Manage all onsite installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Document service procedures and technical findings clearly. Perform monthly servicing according to company checklist and schedule. Service lifts and escalators assigned, following the planned maintenance schedule. Follow all company field procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Cooperate with the technical team and share relevant field information across departments. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or updates. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and end-users.
