This role involves working with ERP systems, particularly Infor M3, and label systems like Veraciti, to support global manufacturing and supply chain operations. The position requires flexibility to collaborate across time zones and deliver effective solutions in a dynamic, international environment.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the ERP process and system specialist for manufacturing and supply chain areas.
- Configure systems, conduct unit testing, provide training, and document processes in collaboration with external partners.
- Identify practical solutions within the standard ERP framework by engaging with users.
- Support and maintain the Veraciti label system.
- Participate in application projects with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain.
- Provide global support, including availability during different time zones, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP consultancy, preferably with experience in Infor M3 and Veraciti (training will be provided if needed).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work during European hours a few times per week to support stakeholders in that region.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to align varying stakeholder interests.
