- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the MD.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, letters, memos, reports, and other documents for MD.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for MD
- Responsible for company confidential files and organization records, implementing and maintaining proper filing system.
- Acting on behalf of MD only when permission and instruction is given by MD.
- Assist MD in drafting business proposal.
- Assist MD in compilation analysis for share price and sales report.
- Coordination for exhibition, meeting, samples & catalogue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Proficient in English is essential.
- Bonus added if able to translate Mandarin to English for minutes.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Words.
