- Coordinate design activities across architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines.
- Manage design documentation, drawing reviews, and submittals to ensure alignment with project specifications and semiconductor industry standards.
- Facilitate design meetings and workshops with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Track design progress and ensure timely delivery of design packages to support construction schedules.
- Review and validate design changes, RFIs, and technical queries.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom design standards, vibration control, and utility integration.
- Support value engineering and constructability reviews.
- Maintain design logs, issue trackers, and document control systems.
- Collaborate with BIM coordinators and CAD teams to ensure model accuracy and integration.
- Liaise with procurement and construction teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in design coordination, preferably in high-tech, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams and international consultants.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor facility design requirements, including facilty layouts, utility systems, and structural coordination.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM platforms.
- Familiarity with design standards and codes (e.g., SEMI, IBC, ASHRAE).
