- Act as a Universal Leader for HSBC MYH, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales activities and operating rhythm through a team of PBs focusing on customer service, leads management, identifying and fulfilling all customer needs at first point of contact.
- Able to lead and demonstrate sound understanding of the bank’s products and services to provide coaching “point of meet” solutions using tablets and technology to resolve more digital and technology related solutions to customer’s needs to the Primary Bankers.
- Encourage and educate PBs to promote and deliver our digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New To Bank or Existing To Bank customers. Sharing digital know-how to customers to create awareness and increase the adoption rate and usage that is convenient to customers therefore they can bank with us from anywhere at anytime.
- Manage the Sales Governance that includes Sales Ethic, Sales Conflict & Improvement Plan.
- Meeting Stakeholders’ expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and professionalism in attending all the tasks.
- Provide support to ensure all system & tools are available to the Primary Bankers to carry out their task efficiently.
- Proactively support others through direct and indirect actions beyond activities particular to this role.
- Work with the wider team to deliver the WPB performance measures and plan.
- Work as part of an integrated management team to ensure, standards are met and operating models are delivered.
- To safeguard the Bank from loss and always protects the Bank’s reputation.
- To implement Group Compliance policy by containing Compliance risk in conjunction with Head of Wealth and Personal Banking, LCO WPB and ACO.
- To Maintain HSBC internal control standards /Ensures high standard of operational efficiency in the branch.
- To adhere to the HSBC Amanah endorsed Shariah principles and related compliance.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder or equivalent.
- Proven ability to multi-task and maintain highest standard of excellence in service provided to stakeholders.
- A broad knowledge on the overall Services and Sales activities and performance.
- Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment.
- Able to communicate well in English and local languages.
- Excellent communication & relationship skills.
- Able to multitask and deliver in high pace environment.
- Able to make decisions in accordance with bank policy and guidelines.
