Role Overview As a Multi-Disciplinary / Creative Designer at Nose, you'll be the visual storyteller of the brand. This role goes beyond graphic design - you&aposll play an integral role in shaping how the brand looks and feels across digital campaigns, packaging, physical store displays, and marketing activations. You should have a keen eye for aesthetics, understand branding deeply, and enjoy turning ideas into impactful visuals across multiple mediums. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Graphic Design Design engaging content for digital platforms: social media, website banners, emailers, and digital ads. Develop visual assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling. Create physical marketing collaterals such as posters, in-store signage, flyers, and packaging. 2. Visual Merchandising Work closely with the retail and marketing team to conceptualise and execute in-store visual merchandising strategies that align with campaigns and brand direction. Create planograms and VM guidelines for retail staff to ensure consistency across locations. Assist with the visual setup of new store openings and seasonal refreshes. 3. Product & Merchandise Design Design exclusive merchandise, gift-with-purchase items, and brand collaterals Develop packaging concepts and branded elements for seasonal drops, PR kits, etc. Ensure PR kits align with campaign messaging and brand tone, balancing function and aesthetics. 4. Creative Ideation & Execution Contribute to brainstorming sessions, moodboards, and creative planning with the team. Translate campaign concepts into cohesive visuals across multiple touchpoints. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail. Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, digital design, packaging, and spatial/retail design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Knowledge of print production and prepress setup for various formats. Good sense of typography, layout, color, and attention to detail. Experience with visual merchandising, retail setup, or event styling is an advantage. Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines. Show more Show less
