We are seeking a business support analyst who will be involved with the operations side of Vendor Funding for the region of APJ and China, supporting the segment of Consumer, Small Business and Retail business unit. This role is critical in supporting the execution of the Intel , Microsoft, AMD, Nvidia funded programs and securing the funding investments at the end of the quarter. In this capacity, he/she will be the POC for the marketing, Sales, Compliance and Claiming, Finance and Accounting teams as it pertains to executing the funding plans that have been approved by the Partner Managers and Planners. The role will partner with a variety of roles within the Consumer, SB and retail organizations, including Marketing, Sales, CoC, Claiming and Compliance, Finance Principal accountabilities: Provide regular budget updates and status to the partner managers and planner of all funded activities (marketing, sales and CoC) as a base for Outlook and Forecast purposes Manage the necessary tools to ensure constant alignment between the regional business stakeholders and the partner managers/planners in terms of budget, marketing plans, funding allocations, funded activities (Allocadia, share, ART, PPT plans), funding utilisation, and make sure any changes are correctly reflected in the tools Support marketing activity owners with questions related to execution of the partner guidelines/processes to ensure smooth implementation of funded activities Be a Intel CCF/DCF expert to minimize PPAs amounts Align with activity owners to ensure all funds are executed in a compliant manner and appropriate POE (Proof of Execution documentation) is submitted for accruals and final claiming within the deadlines Align with compliance & claiming team to ensure all compliance submissions and claiming tasks are being completed on time Assist Partner managers to coordinate quarter close process with the APJC vendor funding finance and compliance and claiming teams to ensure all funding opportunities are accrued/claimed in line with latest funding outlook Develop a good understanding of the regional business strategies, plans and the partner priorities and programmes Track funded programs ROI and consolidated data for discussion with partners and internal reviews Identify areas of streamlining and simplifications in terms of operations if needed in cooperation with other colleagues and regions Education/Skills: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Accounting and Finance related fields even better) Business operations and support experience (some background on Vendor/partner budget control is a tie-breaker) Language proficiency: Advanced English a must, Japanese proficiency a tie-breaker Good understanding of our Consumer, Small Business and retail businesses Ideally knowledge of the different Intel and Microsoft partner funding buckets and funding financial rules Ability to influence cross functionally Project management skills Business acumen skills and very comfortable with managing financial data with excel Strong drive for results Time Management: Planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to aggressive deadlines Problem Solving: Requires ability to solve complex problems in a short time and deal with multiple issues simultaneously.
