ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to execute preventive maintenance activities. Monitor, analyze, and plan preventive maintenance schedules for the beverage manufacturing line. Lead and implement improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects related to the manufacturing line. Supervise and coordinate new equipment installations to ensure proper integration into production operations. Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets allocated for the specific production line, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Accountable for the plant maintenance budget and ensuring effective budget utilization. Monitor plant efficiency and implement necessary improvement plans to enhance performance and reliability. Continuously evaluate equipment and manufacturing processes to maintain high standards of efficiency and product quality. Conduct technical and system-related training sessions for technicians and engineers to align with manufacturing best practices. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or other related technical fields) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role within a manufacturing plant environment. Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, QMS, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S principles. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to resolve production and quality issues effectively. A dynamic team leader with proven skills in training, motivating, and supervising technicians and engineers. Competent in preparing and delivering comprehensive presentations to the management team on assigned projects or improvement initiatives. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Results-oriented and KPI-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives. A proven track record of success is an added advantage. Prior experience in people management is preferred.
