As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality B2B content across various formats-including blogs, white papers, campaign emails, and landing pages-that align with marketing goals and buyer journeys. You'll work closely with creative, strategy, and campaign teams to deliver content that supports pipeline generation and client success. Position Overview The Content Writer plays a key role in executing B2B content marketing deliverables for enterprise clients across the technology, consulting, and professional services industries. Reporting to the Governance Lead (client team) and Squad Manager (functional team), this role requires content creation expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You will be expected to craft content that connects with target personas, aligns with strategic objectives, and performs across digital channels. The role also requires participation in campaign planning, content atomization, and performance reviews to continuously improve output quality. This is a hands-on writing role for professionals who enjoy fast-paced environments, cross-functional teamwork, and B2B storytelling. Key Responsibilities Write compelling and effective B2B content across multiple formats, including blogs, ebooks, white papers, video scripts, emails, landing pages, and more. Support content strategy by transforming research and briefs into meaningful assets that support marketing goals. Participate in interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather insights and craft audience-relevant content. Translate complex business topics into accessible, engaging narratives that resonate with specific buyer personas. Collaborate with campaign, design, and UX teams to deliver content suited for digital performance. Support content repurposing efforts to maximize reach and utility of core content. Assist with content performance analysis to optimize structure, format, and messaging. Maintain and organize client content inventory and audit existing assets for gaps and reuse potential. Uphold 2X brand standards and content quality benchmarks in all deliverables. Contribute to internal initiatives, backup coverage, or special projects as assigned. Requirements: Experience & Education Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. 5+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in digital or B2B marketing. Strong writing, editing, and research skills with a portfolio of published work across formats. Familiarity with B2B content marketing, demand generation, and inbound strategies. Basic understanding of SEO, lead nurturing, and digital performance metrics. Technical & Soft Skills Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and clarity. Ability to manage deadlines across multiple assignments with minimal oversight. Strong collaboration and communication skills in a virtual team environment. Working knowledge of content production workflows and digital publishing platforms (CMS, email automation tools, etc.). Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, client industries, and content formats.
