- Overseeing the maintenance team, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Managing and prioritizing reactive maintenance tasks to address immediate issues and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Assisting in managing relationships with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality of work.
- Monitoring of maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronic or equivalent
- Strong leadership in leading a team
- Good technical understanding, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project management
- Experience in handling maintenance from semiconductor industry
