- Point of contact for servicing our clients and collaborating with the RBC operations, market and other providers
- Investigate and respond proactively on custody client servicing for a designated portfolio of client relationships across product base (Settlements, Cash & Corporate Action related enquiries). The team is also responsible to send various reports to clients.
- Monitor and regularly exceed “Service Quality” of CSR team to ensure high Customer Service Standards and drive rigorous customer centric quality campaigns to increase quality awareness in the team
- Regularly exceed required Service Level Agreement & KPI/KQI targets
- Regularly receive positive feedback from clients and the wider RBC Investor & Treasury Services community
- Monitor workflows including working with the Manager and others to effectively allocate resources where they are needed on a daily basis (i.e. Resource Planning & Management)
- 3-5 relevant industry experience
- Good knowledge about Custody – mainly Corporate action will be preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organization skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and networking skills with all stakeholders
- Prior exposure to Custody operation – Strong knowledge on Corporate action
