Clinic Assistant

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent (Diploma preferred). Open to fresh graduates.
• Experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage.
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication.
• Able to work on weekends.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, POS system, etc.)

• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries
• Provide accurate product/service information to clients
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Support indoor sales conversions and upselling
• Maintain customer records and feedback logs
• Coordinate with therapists and internal teams for smooth service delivery
