Job Responsibilities: As Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Supply Chain / Logistic Officer. Reviewing and processing requisitions to ensure timely order submission Monitoring and updating item, commodity and other tables as given in running PO software application. Help to manage and improve process and systems with specific responsibility in the department. Complete management information and cost analysis reporting as provided by Senior Supply Chain & Logistic Officer. Able to help staff on the usage of CheckSCM and systems as required. Prepare the supporting documents to ensure Account Payable Team (AP) can complete supplier's invoices in adequate time. Any other assigned work About you : Job Requirements: Diploma or degree in Business or Finance. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Previous experience with CheckSCM is preferred Strong expertise in using MS Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Ability to work in a team environment Ability to interact with employees at all levels Ability/desire to work in a multi-cultural, multi territory environment Show more Show less
