  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, with a demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and leading successful event teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proven expertise in strategic event planning, budget management, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
  • Relevant certifications in event management, project management, or leadership are desirable.
TanggungjawabClient Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Lead client meetings and consultations to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and address any concerns or inquiries.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Manage and mentor a team of event professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, leveraging team strengths and expertise to achieve project goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop strategic event plans aligned with client objectives and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the execution of events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, vendor management, and onsite operations.
Budget Management:
  • Develop event budgets in collaboration with clients and finance teams, ensuring accurate cost estimation and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Monitor expenses throughout the event lifecycle, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
  • Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.
Performance Evaluation and Improvement:
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze client feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends to inform future event strategies and initiatives.
