We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor cum Student Affairs to join our team. This role involves providing professional counselling services to students while managing and coordinating student affairs activities to enhance their overall educational experience. Key Responsibilities: Counselling Services: Provide individual and group counselling to students facing personal, academic, or career-related challenges. Maintain confidentiality and build trust with students to support their well-being. Develop and implement mental health and wellness programs Student Affairs Management: Organize and oversee student activities, events, and clubs. Serve as a liaison between students and administration to address concerns and grievances. Support orientation programs for new students. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and activities. Prepare reports and documentation as required by management. Assist with student discipline matters, ensuring a supportive and fair process.
