What you will do Lead customer discovery and agree pilot scope, targets, and timelines. Set up secure access: VPN, firewall rules, credentials. Build and harden data connectors to SCADA, IoT, ERP, files, and APIs. Ship BI dashboards and reports, plus lightweight AI agent automations wired to email or Teams or Slack. Monitor freshness and errors, fix ingestion issues, and keep runbooks current. Run weekly customer check-ins and internal status reports. Align to SG platform standards for data contracts, metric definitions, and evaluation. Tooling flexibility We hire for fundamentals. Tool names are examples.
