A financial services client is seeking a Content Marketer (Chinese Bilingual) who will play a crucial role in creating and executing our content marketing strategy. You will champion the client's brand voice and identity across all marketing collateral, driving customer acquisition and retention. Your work will involve conducting market research, developing engaging content, repurposing it for various channels, collaborating with designers, and managing the content production process. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct market research and analysis to design and develop propositions for our target audience. Develop engaging and audience-focused content consistent with our brand, style, and tone, aligned with our growth and content strategy. Repurpose content for optimal distribution and engagement across offline and online channels. Conceptualize and communicate design ideas, collaborating with designers to implement them. Distribute content across multiple online and offline channels, including training, website, and social media. Manage the content production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external resources, conducting editorial reviews, optimizing content for users and search engines, and coordinating compliance reviews. Monitor and report on content marketing metrics, continuously using analytics to improve content strategy. REQUIREMENTS Previous content marketing experience from an agency and financial services industry is an added advantage. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills and experience creating blogs, e-newsletters, and social media management. Knowledge of SEO and experience with social media marketing (paid advertising). Ability to maintain content consistency with brand, style, and tone. Excellent speaking and writing skills in Chinese.
