Job Responsibility Monitor and manage client accounts by tracking key dates, sending reminders, and following up to ensure timely actions are taken. Prepare, maintain, and update reports to monitor account status, payments, and client data. Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure a high standard of service. Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of documents and applications. Assist in handling the full cycle of administrative processes, from consultation and documentation to follow-up and after-sales support. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, client service skills, and operational efficiency. Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors to ensure smooth daily operations. Job Requirements Minimum SPM/UEC/STPM or similar level. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply Experienced in customer service or administrative roles is an added advantage. Basic skills in Microsoft Offices, especially in Microsoft Excel. Able to speak and read in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills.
