The IT Solution Sales Specialist is responsible for providing presales technical expertise to the Sales Teams and Customers during the sales process for a range of IT services and solutions. Working closely with the Sales Account Manager, this individual will uncover customer requirements and create compelling events to drive sales. Responsibilities: Deliver and achieve sales targets and assigned KPI in IT services or solution sales. Develop business opportunities by identifying and capitalizing on potential sales prospects. Collaborate with the Sales Account Manager to uncover, qualify and propose technology services opportunities and solutions. Support and lead product presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) with assistance from the Pre-sales team. Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with customers. Assist with the creation of proposals and tender responses. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or any relevant field. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in relevant industry, preferably IT related. Strong understanding of IT concepts and infrastructure Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. Skilled in understanding customer needs and articulating them back to the Technical and Service Delivery Teams Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Pre-sales.
