Company Description One stop engineering and manufacturing centre of heavy vehicles components such as bus, trucks, and trains. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Finance Executive located in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The HR Finance Executive will oversee HR management and operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. They will also handle financial tasks such as AP, AR and other finance activities. The role involves collaborating with various departments to drive HR initiatives and support the company&aposs financial objectives. Staff management jointly co-ordinate training sessions with the relevant business units and whenever necessary, conduct training / briefing sessions work closely with the HOD to communicate, implement and co-ordinate company policies and procedures to the staff to ensure compliance monitor and enforce staff discipline to ensure proper conduct and outstanding performance ensure compliance to office rules and regulations assist in staff recruitment interviews liase with agency on foreign worker resources manage FW hostel Communication and reporting liaise with Head of Dept to resolve HR related problems/issues prepare monthly department summary report and payroll reports for approval to Management identify problem areas and any anomalies in daily processes and personnel issues and report immediately to Management liaise with foreign workers' agent on any staffing issues prepare monthly payroll reports for submission to foreign worker's agent recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department ensure data integrity is maintained Daily Operations Update daily attendance record for various types of leave taken by employees assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures administer the various human resource plans and procedures for the Company prepare and maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual assist in developing the department goals and objectives for other departments ensure and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment maintain human resource information and records and compile reports from the database participate in staff meetings and attends other meetings as requested by Management conduct recruitment for employees assist in employee relations counseling and exit interview administer the compensation program perform monthly payroll processes monitor the performance evaluation ensure data integrity is maintained perform other related duties or other administrative duties for the company as required and assigned Finance Operations Prepare and Monitor payment vouchers, check and verify invoices against delivery order, purchase order and statement of accounts. Prepare invoices and delivery orders, monitor collection and accounts receivables. Prepare monthly and annual Financial Statements, Invoice Listing, Accounts Receivables Listing, Accounts Payable Listing and bank reconciliation. Prepare SST Summary and payment schedule. Liaise with Company Secretary, Auditors, Bankers and etc on related matters. Prepare and issue Purchase Order. Perform other administrative tasks Prepare ad hoc reports when requested by HOD Qualifications HR Management and HR Operations skills Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies General Human Resources (HR) knowledge Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget planning and financial reporting Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with a team Experience in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Able to fluently communicate in English, Malay, and Chinese/dialect to deal with customer and supplier SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Malaysian Employment and Industrial Relations Laws Problem Solving/Analysis Project Management Oral and Written Communication Proficiency Ethical Conduct Time Management Maintaining Employee Files People Skills Reporting and Administrative Writing Skills Show more Show less
