- To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- To account costing within budget.
- To procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
- To select, source materials and issue Purchase Order.
- To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site supervisor, subcontractors, suppliers.
- To measure and value the work done on site.
- To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- To attend site meeting.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in QS, with working experience in Interior Design and Joinery works are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate, preferably Microsoft Excel, Word & Project
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Able to handle multiple projects in short period
- Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work in Kelana Jaya and possess own transport.
