Minimum 3 years of salon experience
Strong technical skills and communication abilities
Patience, passion, and a love for teaching
Prior teaching/training experience is a bonus
Fluent in English and/or Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

Teach hands-on hairdressing skills (cutting, coloring, styling, treatments)
Guide students in both theory and practical training
Inspire and mentor aspiring hairstylists
Develop and deliver structured lesson plans
Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques
