- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- File forms and documents accurately for easy retrieval.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Track stocks and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist in various administrative duties as required by the team.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office workspace.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Graduate Diploma
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
- Prior office clerical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
