Location: Westport, Port KlangJob Description:As an Office Clerk at Chin Leong Thye Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations within the department. You will assist our administrative staff in various clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.Job Responsibilities:
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • File forms and documents accurately for easy retrieval.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Track stocks and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist in various administrative duties as required by the team.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office workspace.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Graduate Diploma
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Prior office clerical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
