Affiliate Marketing - Acquisition & Incubation Team Lead

• Manage and coordinate a team of contract agents, ensuring they are aligned with acquisition goals and operational standards.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard top creators into the Affiliate Program through strategic acquisition packages and performance-based partnerships.
• Drive livestream collaborations with creators to increase platform traffic and conversion.
• Manage relationships with MCNs to scale creator acquisition through paid-per-stream models.
• Support the end-to-end operations of the KOL incubation program, including onboarding, workflow execution, and performance tracking.
• Provide creators with guidance, resources, and insights to improve livestream quality, engagement, and sales performance.
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for growth in orders, traffic, and viewer retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure creative, tech, and operational support for KOL activities.

• Experience in influencer marketing, livestream commerce, or creator partnerships.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage both creators and external partners.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy and execution.
• Experience managing or coordinating contract teams or field agents is a plus.
• Passionate about content, creators, and shaping the future of digital commerce.
