
Senior Marketing Specialist (Events)

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring performance is tracked effectively.
- Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved resources.
- Serve as the primary liaison for event agencies, vendors, and partners; provide clear briefs and oversee quality execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Research, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all event elements.
- Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for events, managing timelines, deliverables, communications, and mitigating risks for successful execution.
- Compile post-event reports analysing performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of event marketing or management experience, preferably within B2B environments.
- Proven track record managing and executing successful events from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
- Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-builder, adept at collaborating with agencies, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
- Experience managing international events is a plus.
- Outcome-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results aligned with business objectives.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
