Role Purpose: As the Executive, Accounts Receivable, you are answerable for keeping up with its merchants' records, making (endorsed) intermittent payments to the sellers, guaranteeing that there is no pass by virtue of making payments to the concerned gatherings, keeps up with clients' records, raises bills on the client, guaranteeing that all assortments are acknowledged occasionally, along these lines dealing with the event/rate of risky obligations. In This Role You Will: Track account details for non-payments, delayed payments or other irregularities Reconcile customer accounts and discrepancies Resolve invoicing disputes Adhere to company credit and collection standards and policies Perform ad-hoc AR, invoice and customer related enquiries or reporting requests Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales and customers Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary. Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. You're A Great Fit If You Have: at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or equivalent Professional qualification is an added advantage (MIA, ACCA, CPA).
