Sales Manager

- Own and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive MES adoption and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across technical, operational, and C-level stakeholders
- Conduct effective product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate closely with Presales, Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams
- Understand industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities (especially in high-tech industries such as semiconductor, electronics or other regulated complex manufacturing industries)
- Provide accurate forecasts and reporting, track performance against targets, and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows
- Work independently while staying aligned with company sales strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in MES or manufacturing solutions
- Strong track record in solution selling to discrete manufacturing industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles from lead generation to closure
- Proven ability to articulate and position MES value propositions against competitor offerings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — including ability to influence C-level executives
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
- Background in industrial automation, semiconductor, medical devices, or electronics sectors
- Experience working in regulated industries
