Position : SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER Employment : Permanent with client Industry : Semiconductor (Plastic) Location : Penang, Malaysia SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER Key Responsibilities Lead the Quality Department and Laboratory in daily operational activities with the factory, new product innovation (NPI) and defining/implementation of ISO standards. Work closely with site senior management to provide strategic direction and development of organization's quality policies and tactics Collaborate with Program, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to establish SOPs and integrated Quality systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives and local statutory and international standards Requirements: At least 20 years of relevant experience in quality management, production processes, and working with suppliers/manufacturers, preferably in an industrial or consumer goods manufacturing company Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical (Product), or equivalent Working knowledge of ISO 9001,14001, IATF 16949 standards Knowledge of Six Sigma, lean labs and standard work practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
