Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEngage with airports and government stakeholders to negotiate for incentive schemes such as discounts on airport or terminal usage charges, as well as marketing supportAssist with the department’s annual budgeting processesTrack, analyse, and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholdersSupport Manager, Airport Partnerships & Incentives in preparing presentations and supporting data for negotiationsPrepare incentive forecasts and monthly incentives tracking reports for the AirAsia GroupMaintain Airport Incentives databaseReview of contractsWhat are we looking for?Must have:Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the team, senior management, and respective stakeholders both internally and externallyExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex dataAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKeen attention to detailStrong drive to achieve results and a winning mentalitySelf-starter, analytical thinker with good numerical accuracy and excellent problem-solving skillsIntermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills are mandatoryBachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ work experienceGood to have:Proven track record of building and executing partnershipsStrong negotiation skillsLegal background/experience in contract reviewAirline/airport related work experience will be an added advantage
