Are you ready to be part of a fast-growing international manufacturing company where operations, precision, and proactivity is everything We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our pioneer team by supporting the Head of Operations and Projects - Malaysia to ensure effective coordination between our office, production floor, supply chain, quality control and external vendors. This is a vital new role that coordinates the day-to-day operations of our new APAC Manufacturing Hub in Shah Alam, Selangor. If you are someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, where attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership of responsibility are key to success then this role could be for you. You will be hands-on in managing a wide range of tasks, from maintaining documentation to supporting production scheduling and coordinating supplier and logistics processes. Your ability to handle confidential information, follow up on operational issues and ensure administrative processes are up to standard will make you the go-to person on site. Your fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin will be essential in supporting clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders as well as our partners, vendors or government bodies. To be successful in this position, you will need to bring strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude. The ability to work confidently with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other administrative tools to maintain the accuracy of our business data is essential. Familiarity with manufacturing environments, import/export procedures, and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) documentation will be a strong advantage.
