  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government; OR
  • Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) in related field recognised by the Government; OR
  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or an equivalent qualification recognized as its equivalent, and a Malaysian Skills Certificate Level 2 in a related field or an equivalent qualification recognized as its equivalent; OR
  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or an equivalent qualification recognized as its equivalent, and a Malaysian Skills Certificate Level 3 in a related field or an equivalent qualification recognized as its equivalent.
  • Have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have high level of motivation and disciplined, open minded, positive attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic knowledge in IT.
  • Knowledge in Service Desk System is an Advantage.
  • Able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
  • Able to work independently in fast pace environment .
  • Energetic and has good interpersonal skill.
  • Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.
  • All candidates must have obtained Credits (at least C) for Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.

  • Office Management: Be the go-to person for all office needs. This includes managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the workspace is tidy and welcoming.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with a variety of administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, booking travel, and preparing documents.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our visitors and clients.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital) with accuracy.
  • Team Support: Provide direct administrative support to various team members, assisting with their day-to-day tasks to help them stay organized and on track.
