OMPANY Takaful Ikhlas FAMILY Berhad JOB PURPOSE To assist HOD to achieve the objective for Corporate Solutions by providing input regarding market information especially in areas of competitors product design and pricing, incentive scheme, promotion campaign and other information deemed necessary to help the Management in arriving at various strategic decisions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and Execution To assist HOD and Head Unit in administering and developing New Business for Cooperatives Scheme. To ensure the achievement of the Department Business Plan and objective & undertake any other task assigned by Senior Management. To initiate a special scheme & work closely to develop New Business for Cooperatives Scheme. To monitor closely the sales, production and Business Quality (Profitable Account, Lapse etc.). Monitor key performance indicator (quotation, closing ratio, renewal, premium collection etc.) and analyze business trend with timely management information. Create awareness of cooperatives and corporate agents on the Companies strength and stability, particularly on professional services. Assist HOD in developing market intelligence especially in areas of competitor product design and pricing, incentive scheme for the intermediaries and promotional campaign. To participate, create or develop any business-related wellness/awareness programs and activities in positioning the company as regular player in the competing market. To propose, customize and advise appropriate product scheme to the targeted or interested cooperatives including negotiating on any related terms and conditions. To involve and participate in campaign and road show programs i.e., joint promotion with cooperatives in enhancing collaboration between business partners. To ensure consistency in excellent cooperatives' routine servicing i.e., marketing visitation, collections and deliveries of payment, new business submissions, claims notification, business development discussions etc. To uphold appropriate product briefings and presentation to cooperatives i.e., the management committee members, union committee members, board directors of cooperatives etc To retain business relationship i.e., appropriate business entertainment, attending/participating cooperative's programs, and activities etc. To efficiently monitor the issuance process of proposals and quotations to cooperative Sales performance delivery and reporting to the management including performance review meeting activities. To follow up closely on any issued quotations and continuous new clients profiling exercise. Segregate Customer into Business segment New Business Cooperatives Scheme Product: Employee Benefits, Ikhlas Idaman and Group Credit Comprehensive Takaful To update account profile and account movement for each corporate client and corporate agents To develop new New Corporate Agent to support Takaful Ikhlas Family Berhad. To monitor contribution collection in specific timely from billing date and maintain at a desirable level. Operation & Internal Business Process Regularly monthly meeting with Operation to discuss and settle any issue arise. To ensure all operations issue such as certificate, billing and claims are processed and delivered within TAT. Monitoring payment collections position and claims payout turnaround time. Delivery is executed within Turn Around Time as committed to client. Ensuring that all business written are within the compliant/shariah guidelines.
