- Coordinating incoming requests and managing the maintenance and enhancement of the FWD Centralised IFRS17 CSM model for all business units ("BUs"), while ensuring compliance with the Group policies.
- Managing the maintenance and enhancement of the FWD Centralised IFRS17 CSM model for all business units, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Provide trouble-shooting support to the IFRS17 CSM Operation team, Alteryx team, BUs and Group Actuarial during result production
- Demonstrating advanced skills in the overall end-to-end modelling process and ensuring that the modelling is effectively controlled and maintained, with accurate financial results generated;
- Manage updates, communication and project expectations with BUs throughout the project delivery and ensure successful implementation according to the defined modelling services
- Exercising judgement using advanced analytical skills to perform checking and regression tests, interpret, define and communicate change impacts and mitigation actions, as well as maintaining documentations for stakeholders
- Analysing issues and findings including practical recommendations to close relevant gaps or risks. Escalate issues to the IFRS17 CSM Development Lead on a timely manner
- Performing compliance checks and ensuring all time compliance with the Group policies control framework.

- 5 to 6 years insurance experience in actuarial functions
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Actuarial Science or other Mathematics/Statistics based major
- Nearly fellowship member of an internationally recognised actuarial professional body
- Strong Prophet modelling skills
- Good understanding of Actuarial valuation processes and IFRS17 are preferred
- Good analytical skills
- Good team leadership and management skills
- Good facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Good strategic thinking ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or project.
- Strong analytical skills

- Fluent in English speaking and written skills
