This includes requesting and following up on SOA with WSM Approved vendorsEnsure queries from internal/external stakeholders, vendors are responded within the turnaround KPI setEnsure all payment queries are responded and outstanding are paid on time in accordance to the payment termSend reminders to Purchase Order / Invoice Approvers for all outstanding unpaid invoices including measuring Approval Turnaround time and systematic follow upTo act as intermediary between vendors and WSM on all invoice related mattersTo act as expeditor within WSM to ensure the Procure-to-Pay cycle is complete with prompt payment’To perform other duties and tasks as assigned.AccountabilitiesThe position will be measured against reconciliation of SOA doneThe position will be measured against query ticket turnaround time in ServiceNow systemThe position will be measured on improvement in Approval Turnaround TimeThe position will be measured on contribution to WSM Procure-to-Pay turnaround time improvementQualificationsMandatory requirementsDiploma/Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting and/or Finance.Good command of English.Strong stakeholder management skillsExcellent organizational abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly driven and determinedSolution-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse personalities and culturesFlexible and innovative thinker, comfortable working under pressureProactive with a strong sense of ownershipPrevious experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.Process InvolvementAll business systems used within Procurement, including BASSnet, EyeShare, ServiceNow, Excel, Word and SAP#WSM
