Job Scope: - Promoting the growth of Maccaferri products & solutions within the geographical area through technical design, product development and promotional activities. Geographical area: Southeast Asia countries. Responsibilities :- Technical Support Provides technical support to the technical structures in subsidiaries, distributors and to the commercial structures in general. Provide project specific design services including review of project plans, developing product solutions, value engineering, drawings, quantity estimate and technical report. Prepare calculations reports and technical description/ specification. Visit sites and prepare techno-commercial proposals within the stipulated time. Prepare/review/modify technical documents for SEA region. Preparing/revising technical data sheet, tender specifications, training material & other documents etc. of sector after getting it approved from manager on quarterly updates. Promotional and First Sales Management Provide the support to the sales activity, in coordination with Sales and Business Development team, ensuring that the best solution on technical aspect is proposed to the customer. This includes activities to enhance the awareness of Maccaferri solutions in technical environment, universities, magazines, etc, known as First Sales activities. Technical Marketing Assistance Technical Marketing for specific projects by interacting with consultant/client/contractor for project creation and development. Working with manager in reviewing technical KRA achievement and guide for synchronization with company strategies. Identifying gaps and prepare improvement plans. Discuss technical marketing activities planning with Marketing, BD and Sales team in line with potential projects and key contacts. Team collaboration Work closely with team members and cross-function members to build effective and consistent communication channel. Reports and Data Proposals and data reports, and maintaining in the CRM. Requirements:- At least 7 years working experience, preferably in a consulting or manufacturing environment Broad commercial experience in local, and preferably in SEA markets Possess good knowledge in civil/ geotechnical applications Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software. Good analytical skills. Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and is able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Self-motivated, resourceful, mature, and highly initiative to work independently. Qualifications: - Degree in Civil Engineering is pre-requisite.
