Sales Executive (Outdoor)

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Fresh graduates or candidates without sales experience are encouraged to apply.

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written).

• Computer literate with basic skills in MS Office / mobile apps.

• Must have own transportation and valid driving license.

• Independent, proactive, and results-driven.

• Manage and follow up with existing customer accounts in the general trade (GT) channel.

• Identify opportunities to grow sales and open new accounts within assigned areas.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to annual KPIs.

• Conduct regular outlet visits for order taking, merchandising, and ensuring product visibility.

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

• Work closely with management to execute trade promotions and sales campaigns.

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and ensure proper documentation.

• Monthly sales commission - uncapped earning potential.
