Key Responsibilities: Developing personal growth opportunities for subordinate staff. Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; training, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. Lead and actively conduct C-level customer engagement. Collecting and analyzing information. Developing yearly strategic business plans of Department/Division. Forecasting requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Costs control & measures. Consolidating and submitting timely information & reports; implementing corrective actions. Establishing, following, and enforcing organization standards. Job Functions (Specific) Deploy the Company's business direction to their respective business division towards achieving company's annual & mid-term targets. Lead the Division in formulating sales management plans and sales processes. Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales management plans and sales processes. Responsible for the growth and profitability targets, market development for the range of FBMY products (multi-function printers), solutions and services. Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with respective Sales Managers (Strategic Account Group - Key Account SME, Branches, Dealers and Government) and its sales force to achieve their respective revenue, profit, and growth plans. Devise and implement counter measure plans to ensure corrective actions are in place on all deviations of Company plans and targets towards meeting set targets for the year. Detailed Management report on individual business division's performance, issues, and counter action plans on a quarterly basis. Develop yearly, midterm Business plans for respective sales functions, incorporating strategic & policy deployment aspects. To develop and expand the current customer account listing potentials and to provide consultative advise to direct reports towards achieving the objective. Participate in weekly, monthly & quarterly Senior Sales Management meetings & sum up and to provide Management feedback and information sharing on issues and performance of targeted portfolios. Qualifications: B2B experience is a MUST. Sales experience/industry:- office equipment, hardware, software, technology solutions is highly desirable. Handling of major accounts (with local conglomerate or MNCs), dealership, branch management, SMEs or government accounts is much preferred. Hungry for success, strong drive to achieve the impossible.
