Role Description Document & Data Management Assist in ensuring smooth administrative processes within Finance. Support in administrative tasks related to company projects and department operations. Help update progress tracking systems and ensure task completion. Scheduling & Coordination Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and confidential documents. Assist in data entry, report preparation, and document filing. Project & Task Management Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash management. Track office expenses and assist with financial documentation.
