- Support our Order-to-Cash team with documentation, process improvements, and daily operations.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to meet goals and deliver a great customer experience.
- Manage tasks in a fast-paced setting while keeping quality high.
- University student or graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related field.
- A clear communicator who enjoys connecting with people from different cultures.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Organized with strong time management skills.
- Familiarity or interest in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and basic IT troubleshooting tools.
- Work on real projects that matter.
- Learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative, friendly environment.
- Get exposure to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and how it drives the customer experience in a global business.
- Build skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving that go beyond the classroom.
