  • Connect with clients via email and phone, solving inquiries and building trust.
  • Support our Order-to-Cash team with documentation, process improvements, and daily operations.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to meet goals and deliver a great customer experience.
  • Manage tasks in a fast-paced setting while keeping quality high.
What we’re looking for:
  • University student or graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related field.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys connecting with people from different cultures.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Organized with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity or interest in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and basic IT troubleshooting tools.
