Technical Support Assistant - Intune Company A global chemical manufacturing company is currently seeking an expert of Azure AD, MFA, and SSO, as well as familiar M365 to join the team as a Technical Support Advisor. Technical Support Advisor - Intune Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required. Experience in the enterprise customer arena Face-to-face customer engagement skills Troubleshooting knowledge & skills Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations Specific job responsibilities: Managing the different devices that access organization resources. Manages user access to organizational resources and simplifies app and device management across your many devices, including mobile devices, desktop computers, and virtual endpoints. Mandatory skillets: Strong proficiency in Chinese (speak, read, and write) - to support China/Taiwan market Basic knowledge of MDM, MAM. Azure AD Understanding Windows Server/Clients.
