Content Creator Location: Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Job Type: Contract We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital storytelling, understands social media platforms, and can effectively communicate the benefits and usage of our products mainly healthcare and personal essentials. Plan, develop, and produce engaging content (text captions, videos, infographics, images, written copy) for digital platforms such as Company website, social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Shopee Live), marketing materials, and similar platforms. Create informative content that highlights the features, benefits, and proper usage of the Company's products. Generate ideas of creative content to increase traffic and appealing to target audiences. Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance of contents. Write clear and compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy that align with brand tone and objectives. Monitor and analyse market trends in to keep content relevant, timely, and engaging. Collaborate with internal teams - including product development, marketing, and regulatory - to ensure content is accurate, brand-compliant, and aligned with campaign goals. Engage with audiences across social platforms by responding to comments and messages, encouraging user-generated content, and fostering a sense of community. Support live streaming sessions, including hosting or coordinating product demos, Q&A segments, or tutorials. Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing and alignment with marketing campaigns, seasonal awareness efforts, and product launches. Coordinate with external partners, such as influencers or medical professionals, for content collaboration and amplification. Track performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates; use data insights to refine strategies and optimize future content. Ensure all published content adheres to health and safety guidelines, industry regulations, and Company policies. Maintain a library of visual assets and content templates to ensure brand consistency and efficient production. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance content strategy and audience reach. Qualification Diploma, Advance Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any equivalent field. Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken. Passion for content creation, particularly in healthcare, wellness or medical related topics. Likes making videos and taking pictures, comfortable interacting with social media users. Experiences with video editing tools such as Capcut, Canva, VN, or Adobe software. Solid knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their content formats (trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy). Ability to present information clearly, creatively and professionally. Strong writing skills for caption, scripts and basic copywriting tasks. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High attention to details and a strong sense of visual consistency and brand alignment.
